Logo setup: New logos that are not already embroidery ready may require a one time digitizing fee starting at $65. If Kustomfittz already has your embroidery ready design on file, the same design does not need to be digitized again.

Ordering: Choose your garment size and color. Artwork, thread colors, placement, and order details must be approved before production begins. Larger designs, higher stitch counts, specialty embroidery, or additional embroidery locations may cost extra.

Send your artwork: After checkout, email your logo to kustomfittz@icloud.com and include your Shopify order number. Send the highest resolution file available. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. We will contact you if digitizing or additional charges are required. Production will not begin until the design details are approved.

Turnaround: Standard orders are typically completed in 3 to 4 business days after all required approvals and materials are ready. Custom orders may require approximately 2 weeks depending on the project.
