Custom Orders
All custom orders include a standard digitizing fee that is required upfront and non-refundable.
Digitizing fees begin at $35 for basic designs and adjust based on artwork size and level of detail. This fee covers the process of converting your logo or artwork into a stitch-ready embroidery file and preparing the design for production.
Production will begin once the digitizing fee has been received and processed.
Final pricing varies based on design complexity, stitch count, fabric type, and turnaround time as listed above. All pricing is quoted and confirmed before production begins.

We stand behind everything we sell. If your order arrives damaged, please contact kustomfittz@icloud.com immediately upon receipt. Once the damaged item is returned and received, a replacement will be shipped.
