Customer Supplied Garment Policy

Kustomfittz Embroidery accepts customer supplied garments for embroidery. Because these items were not purchased or supplied by Kustomfittz Embroidery, they are accepted and embroidered at the customer’s risk.

We will use reasonable care during setup and production; however, we cannot guarantee or warranty customer supplied garments against damage, defects, or unexpected reactions during the embroidery process. Garment construction, fabric condition, seams, coatings, zippers, previous wear, hidden defects, and other factors outside our control can affect the finished result.

Kustomfittz Embroidery is not responsible for the replacement cost or value of a customer supplied garment that is damaged during normal embroidery setup or production due to the garment’s material, construction, condition, or other unforeseen issues.

Please do not provide irreplaceable, sentimental, one of a kind, or unusually high value garments for embroidery.

By providing a garment to Kustomfittz Embroidery for decoration, the customer acknowledges and accepts this policy.
